By placing an order with LUMO, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1) Payment Method

All payments are processed through Cash App only. Send your total to $LUMOTV and leave the payment note blank.

2) Proof of Payment

After payment, send a screenshot of your Cash App receipt to sales@lumotv.stream, or—if using the online order form—upload it in the file upload field. Orders will not be processed without proof of payment.

3) All Sales Final

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

4) Refund & Package

All services are non-refundable, and we do not offer prorated credits. If you select the wrong package, we cannot switch or adjust your subscription. A new order will be required. To upgrade or downgrade your plan, wait until your current package expires. Early changes may result in forfeiture of unused service days.

5) Order Processing Time

We strive to activate your service immediately, but processing times may vary as all orders are handled manually in the order they are received.

6) Device Compatibility

  • LUMO X works on mobile, Firestick, ONN, and NVIDIA Shield devices.
  • LUMO+ works on Firestick, ONN, and NVIDIA Shield only (not phones or tablets).

It is your responsibility to ensure device compatibility before purchasing.

7) Subscription Term

At this time, there is no autopay subscription. All plans are month-to-month. You are responsible for keeping track of your expiration date.

8) Service Reliability Disclaimer

We aim to provide a high-quality, consistent service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service disruptions due to factors beyond our control are not eligible for refunds or extensions. Channel and content availability is subject to change without notice. We are not liable for third-party content.

9) Account Security & Sharing

Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared outside your household. Access patterns indicating sharing, resale, or unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination without refund.

10) Changes to Terms

LUMO may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
